This week Year 4 will be looking at where our food comes from and how far it travels to get to us. We would love any food packaging you may have at home that shows the country of origin!
We have had great fun in Year 4 with an engineering day. Students from UWE brought lots of exciting challenges! We have made a table, strong enough to hold a tray, with just newspaper AND built a floating raft!
Year 4 had a great initial @gym_run session yesterday! The children were pleased to already see improvements on last year and canโt wait to improve their fitness and strength even more this year. A great effort from all. However, Mrs Colman is just a little bit achey today! ๐
Dragonflies and Fireflies were visited by an ex-MBK pupil today who is now working for GWR. Such an informative and interesting visit finding out more about trains and jobs within this sector. Thank you!
We were lucky to have visitors from Airbus in school on Friday afternoon. They talked to us about their roles, how aircraft are made and tested and about the history of flight. Lots of new facts for us all and now some aspiring engineers too! Thank you! #Airbus
What a fantastic first week back in Dragonflies and Fireflies! You have impressed us all with your fantastic behaviour for learning and enthusiasm. We are so looking forward to sharing this year with you.
Which maps of the future will go into our time capsule? We planned our ideal Bradley Stoke for ten years time. Which predictions will come true? #ethicofexcellence#geography#timecapsule
