@BHFinanceHub @unusual_whales LO here. I don't dislike the idea of a downsizing tax break, but guidelines would vary so largely not just by state, but county. It'd be hard for my AL borrowers, who already live in a $125k house, to downsize further. It would mostly benefit HCOL homes, not the average Joe, IMO.
