Having traveled to 39 countries within Africa, I am committed to encouraging African youth to embrace the Borderless Africa conversation. Africa is home to every African. It’s time to unlock opportunities across the continent, not just in our countries of origin because when you play on home ground, you score more goals.
Young Zimbabweans, build your own country whichever way you can imagine. Time is fast running out. Building your country is inclusive of sorting your own life to depend on yourself for most things. #LookWithin
Crossing borders should be about technology transfer and copying better ways to improve our systems back home. Let's find the little successes to embrace and celebrate, let's institute meritocracy, let's get better within our borders and love ourselves #LookWithin
The sociosphere has revealed to me that each nation under the sun has their own problems, ours are our own. Let's focus where we're winning and make Zimbabwe a better place, we will never have another Zimbabwe apart from this one. Let's #LookWithin
Beyond sorting your life to depend on you, form linkages with your kith and kin to create businesses and industries that shape and shift the national landscape, formalize and innovate. Grow: the national economy will resonate. #LookWithin
🐄 Building a Cattle Farm in Zimbabwe? Let’s Talk Real Success.🇿🇼
Forget overnight miracles. Lasting cattle farming here is about smart moves, not just hard work.
Here’s your game plan:
Not only have stands become expensive in Zimbabwe, but buying one feels like playing Russian roulette. If you're lucky, the stand will be legitimate and the sale approved. However, these stands are often poorly serviced, lacking essential amenities, and frequently have drainage issues.
Even in established neighborhoods, clogged drains increase the risk of flash floods, potentially causing significant damage to properties and homes. The underlying problem is that public services in Zimbabwe have collapsed.
Residents tend to manage their own needs; for water, many rely on boreholes, and neighborhoods often band together to install solar lights for electricity. However, there are limits to what can be achieved without proper infrastructure, especially for services like drainage and functioning sewers.

@MinistryofTID@MhonaFelix@ZBCNewsonline@HeraldZimbabwe@zinaraZW This road has been maintained partially by the #Kefalos and #RedDane guys beyond whose premises it becomes a dirt road full of potholes and loosely applied gravel. This road servers an area with huge horticultural and dairy potential, but this potential is resultantly unrealized.
@MinistryofTID@MhonaFelix@ZBCNewsonline@HeraldZimbabwe@zinaraZW Great work I think. It was a matter of time before Zimbabwe prioritized her own public works, we still have a way to go. I personally want to highlight #MubairaRd, which starts on the Masvingo Rd just a km away from the Asphalt plant at the Mhondoro turn off...
There's been mixed success, even more interesting have been people views on the debacle both on me and in the community, we have resigned most of our water fixations to boreholing, and the outcomes have been mixed and confusing.
It's been an interesting set of realities. Talk of resilience, you move from piped abundant water to scrounging for secluded water bodies, from regular mushroom schedules to putting water first before any activity. Puts a whole new perspective to Farming.
I've found me researching on the scientific facts on Water Footprint for each production activity looking into the 5 year horizon, putting water divination techniques to trial and experimenting different digging techs for shallow water wells.
