I disagree with @Micah on this. Respect matters, but accountability matters more. @Trevon should be held responsible for his effort. The tape and results speak.

Before he got paid, the effort was obvious. The last few years didn’t match that standard. That’s fair criticism, not hate.

I wish you both well and hope you recover strong. You both have a lot to give, and I wish you success with your new teams.
