@bobcat19860 @InMetsWeTrust Craig Swan had a career ERA of 3.74 including leading the NL with a 2.43 in 1978. Zachary had a career 3.52, rookie of the year in ‘76, all star in ‘78. Apodaca was a reliever. They were better by a mile.

@NYNJHarper The offense has never been the problem. When the starting pitching constantly has them playing from behind, the offense presses and fails. This is not a serious starting rotation. This management is punting the season away by not forcefully addressing the fact.
