Really annoying that @SW_Help don't announce at Waterloo when their "fast" services are stopping at Clapham Junction.

You board the 21:05 to Basingstoke expecting to run non-stop... then the first stop is Clapham Junction.

Just be upfront and show it on the departure boards!!!

@parcelforce Hi ParcelForce, what is the point in asking for a day for an item to be delivered if the item isn't going to delivered on that day and only prepared for delivery? Not very good service and waited in all day for nothing!!!
