Immigration law twitter: we have a client dispersed to Dover, he has an asylum appeal, so we urgently need to get him legal representation and haven’t had any success. He’s Malian and had a history of having to sleep rough, due to support issues and so is vulnerable. Suggestions?

Another home office tactic. They are now withdrawing applications saying they haven’t received a ‘letter of authority’ from legal reps (where one was sent years before and we have been on record ever since). In this case we also sent one 4 weeks ago in reply to their request.
