Don’t Let Your Biological Clock Hold You Back 🕰
I'm 54, and I'm in the best shape of my life.
I don't have to worry about aging, and neither should you.
Here’s what you can do to stay young in mind and body as you age:
1️⃣ Focus on skill practice
You want to focus on mastering the techniques before increasing speed and power.
2️⃣ Don't train till failure
Always leave a little bit of gas in your tank so you can come back and do it again tomorrow.
And most importantly…
3️⃣ Thoughts are things
Your thoughts create your reality.
You are not doomed to be feeble and useless as you get older.
You're supposed to get better over time.
If you want to eliminate chronic pain, turn back your biological clock by at least five years, and outperform your 20-year-old self…
Drop the word COURSE in the replies, and I'll send you the link to my new free course, The Pain-Free Longevity Blueprint 💪
@Grabaka_Hitman He is a buddy of mine, and I have to agree here. I will say that it is not only him, it is something that I believe needs to be addressed across the board

This is Pommel Horse specialist Stephen Nedoroscik. He didn’t move from his spot for two hours while he simply waited for his one special moment.
He mentioned that he is cross-eyed and that he can inexplicably switch his dominant eye. Before his routine, Nedoroscik removed his glasses. He told "TODAY" that if he kept his glasses on, they would fly off mid-routine.
And now because of him, we won our first medal in gymnastics in 16 years.
