Our working group is together via Zoom technology this afternoon. A formal announcement will be forthcoming soon, however at this point, the @mbtrcollective Spring Forum originally scheduled for Thursday May 28th is being postponed. #WeAreInThisTogether
A huge shoutout to Dr. Heather Hunter for her leadership in supporting and promoting teacher research and inquiry in Manitoba. Dr. Hunter will remain involved with teacher inquiry projects but will be stepping away from her role as co-chair of @mbtrcollective.
We are honoured to have had James Peebles as an alumnus. When looking through past yearbooks, it is easy to see the impact James made at GCI with his passion for science and fun attitude! LRSD congratulates James for being honoured with the Nobel Prize in Physics #lionpride
Hope you’re having a great May long weekend. Thanks for helping us reach 25 followers! Who else do you think should be following the Manitoba Teacher Research Collective?
This is a real treat for me. Listening to Dr. Lloyd Kornelsen telling stories about his 25 years as a high school teacher. It’s been almost 11 years since we taught in the same building, and he is still one of my favourite storytellers.

A very moving opening keynote from Lloyd Kornelsen on student potential. "We don't know the profound impact we have on students." #mbtrcspringforum2019
