@JFest I've been using it and an Insta360 Link concurrently, and I have to admit, I'm not completely impressed with the quality of the Facecam Pro. And I have a lot of other Elgato stuff on my desk, where I am quite happy with. Lights, Wave XLR, Stream Deck, etc.

@ElgatoSupport @elgatoDE I recently acquired the Facecam Pro, but my experience has been less than satisfactory. Each time my MacBook resumes from Sleep Mode, the camera fails to be recognized by the system, necessitating a physical reconnection. Any ideas?

@t_schnitzler @ElgatoSupport @elgatoDE I'm using the latest firmware, yet the problem persists. The camera, which is connected via a USB-C hub, isn't recognized after I either reboot my system or wake it up from sleep mode. To get it working again, I have to unplug it from the hub and then reconnect it.
