One of the most memorable lines I can remember is from chernobyl where Legasov says "Every lie we tell incurs debt to the truth. Sooner or later this debt is paid" Brilliant, so I asked my AI if a lie is a debt to the truth, what is a white lie, it responded, "a loan"

Everything about this war seemed mistimed and misunderstood. The Iranians rose up at the wrong time, one of many reasons was the assumption the US would back them, Trump encouraged them indirectly, the Iranian people were put down gruesomely, they would not try this again. Then the US went in and bombed. We knew they had extensive underground networks and had spent decades preparing. I was expecting some new technology, maybe swarms of drones, thousands, watching cavernous areas where launchers could appear. Ultimately the launches could not be stopped, if Iran continued who knows what would be left of the Gulf states. Now what... this goes on for decades?

@vinnumbrr @business I don't read into articles much. I read intent. The moment I see something wanting my attention I think: 'Why am I reading this now?' After a while you see the signal through the noise so cleanly you sometimes forget the article itself.

SpaceX gained $100 billion in value in one day.
Europe should want a piece of that. Invite SpaceX to build here—launch sites, factories, R&D. That means thousands of jobs, a stronger supply chain, and a real tax base, all on European soil.
Don't chase the growth away. Give it a reason to set up shop here.
