@_LimeAID I parked in a designated UNFULL parking spot with 1 other Lime scooter and app said spot full and guided me to park about 5 blocks away. I left scooter and left after 10 minute ride. Just got charged for 1&1/2 hours. App needs fixing

Says spots full, but my bike and daughters are only 2 in the spot. Says I need to park 5 blocks away. Fix the issue. The bikes are in a designated unfull spot. No way to contact Cust service

@Medifast@OPTAVIA_tweets very discouraged in customer service at Optavia. Trying to restart plan and change coaches and change form lost twice by CSR and charged twice for order only received once...I am the customer and I have paid TWICE and I'M the one that keeps doing work!
