@BedBathBeyond I already did and they were of no assistance. I just want to cancel my order and get a refund which they said was not possible. I will report this through my credit card company if I have to but would prefer to work it out through @BedBathBeyond

@IHGService Hi, I’m pretty disappointed in how your guest services team is handling reservations at the Hotel Indigo Wall Street in NYC. My reservation is in three days and was canceled by the hotel and compensation for the inconvenience is 3,000 points.
