@SalingerPrivacy Location data will prob be collected also. Not clear whether collection takes place in the stadium only or when scarf is worn, regardless of location eg at the pub watching on the TV. Wonder if intoxication levels can also be inferred?

@scottjshapiro But regulation by god presumably. I believe his regulatory activities operate on the basis of mysterious ways so may not be obvious to everyone. Only a certain vaunted few pick up on them and then use them to tell everyone else how to live. I think that’s how it works.

@TheDSingularity Legal interp is political imo. But the Dobbs politicisation is different. Previously about different ideas about the role and rule of law. The Dobbs maj don’t care about the rule of law. It’s about the result. That’s why they are there. Therein lies the danger. Better get back…

@TheDSingularity Originalism is just a method to impose judicial ideology based on shonky historical analysis. It’s still a contemporary choice. But one that chooses to ignore all of the realities you highlight. This isn’t the past shaping the future. This is now using the past for its own ends.
