A very important thing to understand is that every new level you unlock will require a newer version of you. A new
▪️Job,
▪️Marriage,
▪️Business or
▪️Even school

All these will need a different version of you so that you are successful in sustaining them. Most times things fail because people don't want to evolve with their new level. If fitness (gym) becomes your new habit, it comes with mental preparation, diet implications and time commitment. A new marriage/relationship will require new or improved skills in effective communication, boundary setting and family expectation management (both sides). A new job will require new skills, work-life balance and probably a new network professionally. More money will require wise money decision skills and most importantly the skill to remain humble otherwise 😀.

Always understand and know what skills you will need to develop to be successful in your new level of life, its safer and less stressful this way.
