"The best advice a fellow trader ever gave me was from Tom Dante. It was entering the trade and then removing the P&L screen from my monitor. I couldn't see it anymore. All I would look at is the chart. Trading the chart instead of your P&L."

The council have been deep in conversation on this topic for about a month, after much back and forth we have finally come to a proposal that passed the council.
