James Hird confirms on Ch9 that he would be part of the process to become the next Essendon coach if asked. Above all, he says he wants what is best for the club.

“The mistakes made in 2011 and 2012 were partly my fault… The spirit of Essendon is not there…. I’d like to go through that process.”

Selection, game plan, man management etc were all rubbish. Finally the small section of Essendon twitter that was backing Brad Scott can crawl back into their hole
