Clearly @AmericanAir has no pull with GoldAir Handling either - they told me 17 hours ago they called ATH to request our bags be delivered ASAP. Bags STILL HAVE NOT MOVED - 4 days and counting 🤬 Why are airlines allowing this from a 3rd party supplier??

@AmericanAir 5 of us arrived in Athens July 15 - NO bags. Advised by YOUR GoldAir Handling reps they would arrive on Milos Island in 24hrs. Bags arrived at Athens July 16 at 9:04 - AirTags show no movement since. No one in ATH cares. AA should be advocating for their customers!
