I’ve lost it all gambling on FOMO, prop firms, bought and sold SPX multiple times. I won $10,000 gambling at one point put it into SPX during its rally panic sold and watched it go to 2 billion while gambling it all away recently. Really bad mental health. Help someone from zero.
