Theyโve been slurping from the public trough for too long . They think everyone thinks like they do. Young people donโt want just one house and a shitty little bit of super. They want to aim for the stars and so they should.
@Mr_Armageddon1@AmberHoward78@JacintaAllanMP If the auction has actually started, you may be correct though I doubt it until the contract is signed.
Prior to auction, if the reserve is exceeded by an early offer- I would hope the vendor can still pull.
I can see issues.
@Mr_Armageddon1@AmberHoward78@JacintaAllanMP You miss my point.
If they say itโs on the market- it is.
If a bid is above the โpublishedโ reserve - is it โon the marketโ without the need to say it is?
At what point does the vendor lose the right not to sell?
@AmberHoward78@JacintaAllanMP No exactly true.
Auctioneers declare the property โon the marketโ if the agreed reserve has been exceeded but this is practice and not a law.
As soon as this Government insists that reserves are published- are they enforceable?
The devil is always in the detail.
