@mattyglesias By deporting the 'good' illegal immigrants (aka, ones who came without authorization, built productive lives, paid taxes, had kids) we're influencing future 'good' illegal immigrants to stay away.

My opinion, this is net bad.

Why save at all for college? They reduce aid based on how much cash is available to spend. Just put it all in Retirement, then borrow from retirement to pay for College.

@rachbarnhart We need better language. Specifically, Undetermined Immigrant. A person who has applied for the legal right to remain, but courts haven't fully ruled one way or another if they can.

"Undetermined Immigrants" are those who've shown up to America, claim asylum and spend years awaiting a court approval (or denial) of their request to remain.
