Officer Jonah Gellman #60435 wounded Jeremy Rieck on 10/14/22.This same officer killed Andreas Boinay on 9/12/21, 13 months before this incident

Portland Copwatch also points out that: officers Dyk, Daniels, Howery, Piombo and Sathoff are still on paid leave while Elam, Li and Gellman are back on the streets. So be careful out there!

Portland Police Bureau Officer Joshua Howery #37867 was one of three officers who wounded Antoine Young on 11/7/22. Howery killed Alexander Tadros on 8/27/21, just over 14 months prior
