@statefansnation Retained 3 of their top-4 metric guys from last from a top-60 team, and has a pretty decent portal season. Between 30-40 is where I’d slot them.

@UNC_and_CFB Would assume that since nothing has officially been passed then nothing will go into effect until the next cycle. So, a guy like this next year won’t be able to play due to age. Would assume there is probably a harder cutoff for international players than stateside guys.

@UNC_and_CFB Only reason noted was this staff only viewed internationals that have passed clearing house as options to avoid the run down of “hoping” they make it to campus. My acknowledgement is more towards the NCAA meeting on the new 5 for 5 rule that may limit age. This guy is 23.

@Andrew_Forrest1 @khalidmangum00 These endowments are more set up for stadium upgrades, player support, etc more than coaching salaries when are department/board driven. I’m sure pulling from the money for the coach isn’t frowned upon, but surely not a traditional setup. I’m sure they’ll try to match either way!

@NeedPP4Ethan @depressedtuffy @TimBuckleyWX NC State wasn’t the prime component of this at all. It was through Athletic Advantage that coordinated through UVA given it was their home game to move. That’s why NC State is getting paid for the cancellation of the game and UVA is not. Blaming the admin would be terrible.

@depressedtuffy @TimBuckleyWX All travel insurance is very cheap and exclusively bought with the purchase of your travel. Gives you a blanket in the case something out of your hands happens (used it myself). If you think I’ve done anything to prove your abysmal pivot then I’m sorry you don’t know how it works

@depressedtuffy @TimBuckleyWX Events that could happen is the point and travel insurance is a minuscule price to have the added layer of protection to avoid a lengthy process to get money back. This is common sense (the ignorance to bring analytics, lol).

Passport issues, sickness, death in the family, work obligations, airport delays/cancellations, etc. don’t exist for folks? Thousands of dollars spent and you have no backup plan? Yeah, that’s not smart.
