@johncutlefish Part of it is a “connection” premium we now pay for being connected, seen, heard, looped in. No water cooler means loss of presence. Its not a production problem its a place in the tribe/community problem.
Amazed by the support yesterday in the first 24 hours of launching my newsletter for leaders, managers and entrepreneurs. Thank you!

Asking which is better #1 or #2 as a new banner on LinkedIn?
I'm making a course on GSD Meetings since for many there is a leveling up needed on how to do meetings that get results, drive a bias to act, and create committed action. This will help with part of that story.
When I entire a new team or org, These four tell me a lot about the maturity of the team, the way they think about the work, the quick wins, the way they prioritize, the "value" of work, and their orientation to ambiguity and complexity - among other things. What do you ask?
I'd add that a good goal is challenging/stretching out of comfort, is aligned with strategy and can be supported broadly with no ambiguity of commitment from leadership. Thx @johncutlefish for sharing.
@johncutlefish I intentionally add sales, marketing, ops and call it "Value Delivery System / Growth Engine". To distinguish it as a healthy cross-functional effort to deliver clarity and prioritized business value... rather than the typical "product" team which seems to rub others wrong.
