C’est avec une immense tristesse que nous vous annonçons aujourd’hui l’annulation de notre convention Of Blood and Love, dédiée à l’univers de Twilight.

Si cette annonce intervient tardivement, c’est parce que nous étions dans l’attente du retour concernant la participation d’un nouveau guest qui aurait fait sa toute première convention au monde. Sa venue aurait pu permettre de relancer significativement la dynamique des ventes et d’assurer l’équilibre de l’événement.
Malheureusement, malgré nos espoirs et nos efforts, cela ne s’est pas concrétisé.

Nous avons donc dû prendre la douloureuse décision d’annuler la convention.

Cette décision n’a pas été prise à la légère. Elle est le fruit d’une réflexion approfondie, avec la volonté constante de rester responsables, transparents et respectueux envers vous.

Les remboursements ont d’ores et déjà été demandés auprès de Billetweb.
Si vous avez réglé votre commande via la plateforme, vous devriez recevoir votre remboursement d’ici la fin de la semaine.

Exceptionnellement et pour compenser l’annonce tardive, nous avons pris la décision de prendre les frais de billetterie à notre charge.

Pour les paiements effectués par virement bancaire ou via PayPal, vous n’avez rien à faire non plus. Cela se fera automatiquement.

Nous savons à quel point cet événement était attendu par beaucoup d’entre vous, et nous partageons votre déception. Nous sommes vraiment désolés de cette mauvaise nouvelle. Nous tenons à vous remercier sincèrement pour votre confiance, votre soutien et votre compréhension.

Hello everyone,

It is with a heavy heart that we must cancel our Of Blood and Love convention, dedicated to the Twilight universe.

This announcement comes late because we were waiting for confirmation regarding the participation of a new guest who would have made their very first worldwide convention appearance. Their presence could have boosted sales and ensured the event's financial viability.
Unfortunately, despite our hopes and efforts, this did not materialize.

We therefore had to make the painful decision to cancel the convention.

This decision was not taken lightly. It is the result of careful consideration, with a constant desire to remain responsible, transparent, and respectful towards you.

Refunds have already been requested from Billetweb (the online ticketing).

If you paid for your order via the online ticketing, you should receive your refund by the end of the week.

Exceptionally, and to compensate for the late announcement, we have decided to cover the ticketing fees ourselves.

For payments made by wire transfer or PayPal, you do not need to do anything either. It will be taken care of automatically.

We know how much many of you were looking forward to this event, and we share your disappointment. We are truly sorry for this bad news. We would like to sincerely thank you for your trust, support, and understanding.
