@British_Airways we’ve not heard anything for months, out flight was cancelled in December and we haven’t received any correspondence or relevant compensation for this. Also, no points have been added to the account. Please can some get back to me
@British_Airways @ChrisK76852117 I’ve not had any response either Chris. Flew first class in December to New York only to have the flight cancelled and zero miles put on the account. No one will even respond or answer the phone!

Why are @VirginAtlantic putting on flights when they are having so many problems getting people home? Paid for premium, limited drinks service, flight gets cancelled with no alternative and no contact! It’s absolutely shocking service... so much for a luxury airline 🤦🏼♂️
@VirginAtlantic Well at the minute I’m in Antigua with no flight home before Christmas so please don’t tell me not to worry. This is a matter of urgency and need to be told today what is happening
