Tues Night, my Son took me to Queen Elizabeth Outpatients cos I was in pain. I left pain free. Despite Negative Reviews they sometimes get, I rate my treatment as Very Good & Staff Very Pleasant. There was even another Esther on the Ward I was briefly in. #ThisMorning #bbc #NHS
