@Ken_Campbell27 Poor take intended for clicks is 1 thing. Bayless & many others have made a career out of it. To attack a young hockey player who stepped up for his team is out of line. I count 8 teammates who acknowledged his effort. Big words from a guy who was stuffed in lockers growing up.
Discussed this on the podcast, but it makes some sense by Drake Maye was so cagy about his shoulder if it did get injured during the Jaguars game. His injury was not announced during the game, and players typically don't like to discuss injuries that just occurred.
Maye also had some quotes about his shoulder that stand out in retrospect if the injury did happen in Week 3:
"Any time that you come out from a game and you’re sore, everybody’s dealing with things from the game."
"You’re gonna get banged up every now and then, but same time, a lot of guys are banged up."
No room was worse than Sabreland or as the new generation calls it, “Hockey Outlet”. Worse was the mogul by the Zamboni door and the communal shower that was so backed up that water collected to the lower calf. Wouldn’t trade any of it!
Fellas…
Shoutout the Hamburg Hawks and the Nike Base Ice Rink.
They’ve gone #Hollywood.
Class move by The Worldwide Leader in Sports to not include perhaps the worst dressing rooms in WNY.
For the big boys… was Hockey Outlet worse? Leisure?
I’ll hang up and listen.

The time Harrington pulled a Van de Velde.
2007, and he stood on the 18th tee with a one shot lead in the Open. He leaked his drive into the Barry Burn.
As he and his caddie walked up to the burn, Garcia was coming over the footbridge from the 17th, three shots to play and the Claret Jug still his to lose.
Garcia grinned at him and said hello.
Harrington never said a word back. He just stared through him.
He went on to put his second in the burn as well, and made a double bogey 6 on the last hole of the Open. Eight years after Van de Velde, same hole, same water.
The door was opened for Garcia. A par and he would be Champion Golfer of the Year.
He pulled his approach into the bunker, splashed out to 10 feet, and missed a very makeable putt.
A play off. Aggregate of 1, 16, 17 and 18.
Harrington hit a 7 iron to 10 feet on the 1st for birdie. Garcia made bogey out of a bunker. Two shots in one hole and it was effectively done.
On 16 Garcia's tee shot actually hit the flagstick and ran 20 feet away.
Harrington played the four holes in level par and became the first Irishman to win the Open since 1947.
Carnoustie has a habit of throwing up drama and theatre, you can lead for 71 holes and the 18th will remind you who's boss.

@AmericanAir You’ve been sharing it with them for years. Many airports, many leadership teams, same patronizing and disrespectful treatment of your customers.

@AmericanAir at it again! They have everyone lined up and waiting to board a plane that doesn’t exist! Continued lack of respect for their customers. I’ll be here waiting to “board shortly”.
It’s atrocious in Southeast PA. Black Bear has formed a league that has taken the largest programs, all of which fit the mold referenced in the article.
@HockeyThinkTank Glad they are getting some scrutiny, though I doubt it changes much. My son played on a non-Black Bear team that was in the THF (the Tier I league they own) and we saw so much of it up close. Every rink they own gets actively worse, corners are cut everywhere possible.
