Year 11 Hospitality also completed their Tapas Assessment Task on Friday, with Chef Burden assessing their competency in the Kitchen through their preparation and cooking of stuffed mushrooms, chorizo, fried mozzarella, baked potatoes and salads. Fantastic work and well done!

Our Year 11 Hospitality classes have been very busy in the kitchen during Term 4, learning lots of new skills within their recipes such as cooking safely with seafood, how to cater and present tapas for large amounts, and the preparation and presentation of some delicious salads.
