It’s scary to see how fragile our food system has become.

These empty shelves at the Lerwick Tesco this evening are the result of just a few days’ disruption in our food supply.

Has the outrage itself not perfectly encapsulated the worlds, more specifically the wests, response to climate change?

Little/no anger on a daily basis at the desecration of our world, but a massive emotional response to the desecration of a piece of glass shielding some art…

A lot of folk on here saying this is ineffective etc, but I challenge you to think of another protest which has captured headlines worldwide, caused no harm or angst to the working class and called out the fossil fuel industry directly
