What better way to facilitate conversations between researchers, policy makers & the general public than with an engaging card game!
Was such a pleasure to do the illustrative design for #PolicyPileup by @maddymorris & @BabacanOytun

Did you know developing shared goals that reflect the values & perspectives of all members of #interdisciplinary teams is key to successful knowledge production & exchange?
This new paper (& graphic) shows the ASPIRe model could be a promising approach -> https://t.co/L7tMhhTWZT
@BobaStojkovic @McCormackSA Of course - workshops cover different uses of graphic design in scicomm (types of graphics, useful resources, how to plan your own etc.). The practical component takes participants through planning/drawing/sharing graphics.
Please don't hesitate to send me a DM to discuss more
Another great #workshop for the Network for Early Career Academics at the Australian National University yesterday. So many disciplines coming together to learn how to improve their #scicomm with #graphicdesign
Saw some pretty impressive graphics come together by the end!
Was such a privilege to give a seminar & engage in discussions with the department of health at the Australian National University this afternoon.

Keeping to our #penguin theme for Southern Ocean #factfriday this week
We put together a quick graphic to show the average height of penguins in the #SouthernOcean including the extinct Colossus penguin that was thought to stand at an amazing 1.6 m tall!
#MEASO@ICEDantarctic
This vector was drawn for a project looking at how marine mammals & seabirds can be indicators of change in the #ocean
The beautiful Southern Right Whale - perfect for a #WhaleWednesday#vectorart#whale
The #SouthernOcean is one of the least-observed in the world!
Over the last decade @SOOSocean has established a network to deliver sustained, coordinated & integrated observations to change this.
Was amazing to help develop figures for this project!
