DHS Secretary Mullin just told sanctuary cities that if they help remove the “worst of the worst,” federal agents will mostly stay out of their cities.

No visible enforcement.

No workplace raids.

Just the people already locked up.

That is not mass deportation. That is managed decline.

Mullin is not a border security professional. He’s parroting the lines and strategy that we’ve often heard said by Tom Homan.

You do not negotiate with people whose entire strategy is obstruction.
