@chrsvnbk Nobody wanted to breed extra sows last spring/summer when they couldn't even get mkt pigs sold. If sow buyers would take cull sows we delivered them and told them to price them later- just take them. I agree prrs hole yet to come but this fall could be opposite

More pork has been produced the first 8 weeks of the year than any other. Last week's composite pork value of $93.19 is 2nd only to 2014 at $101.71 for this week. 8 weeks ending Mar 1, 2014 averaged 458.2 mp/week. This year 581.3 mp, up 27% from 2014.
