@Potbelly your store at 4300 Connecticut NW, Washington, DC 20008 is a COVID risk. Manager sat across from employee not wearing mask, not eating, 5' from customers in line, indoors and told me "it's ok, she is sitting down" Again she was not eating. I watched her for 2 min

@Chase you guys should really revamp how your customer service and fraud teams function, and train your people better. Really terribel customer support and experience. Leaves me feeling like why am doing business with Chase? #sapphirereserve
