Have had and used Apple phone and alarm daily since 2010. Only once did it fail, sort of. I overslept and thought the alarm didn’t go off but instead I noticed that for some reason the alarm volume was inexplicably turn off. Before falling asleep I check the alarm time and make sure the volume is up. He’s never failed me since.

I was military and lived across the US from east to west since the early 90s. It doesn’t happen often but I’ve seen this several times and in several states. Usually some promised DUI checkpoint drive, some escapee from jail or law search, etc. It’s nothing new. It’s just not an everyday occurrence
