@KlassischeMann@MesaSean Of course, not saying otherwise, but Bungie kinda forced Sony to do what they've done. Sony paid 3.6 billion for Bungie, and have gotten little back. Sucks.
@RogueXFPS Hm, I partly agree, but saying the this is solely the fault of Bungie leadership is a bit biased. Everyone at Bungie is at fault for digging its grave.
@Klein_Moretti13@PolishTamales Probably because they weren't about Marathon, rather just a bunch of sad people ranting about Destiny/Sony instead of ranting about Bungie itself.
@GaminCounselor No, I stopped playing after doing Last Wish. I realized I disliked 2/3 of the game and just stopped. I watched people go through various raids, but they never changed. To me, it should always be Player vs. Boss (a very simple description).
@D1g1t4l1nf1n1t3@kitty_bit_games Conversely, if game studios keep making bad games (that require ever increasing hardware requirements), they will go out of business. Those who adapt will survive.
@GaminCounselor Right, but you had to solve a puzzle to get to him. If I recall, you had to solve a symbol matching puzzle to get to Rhulk. Why would a boss give you a chance?
@D1g1t4l1nf1n1t3@kitty_bit_games Making games that no one want to play, or are so unpopular that they do not make more than it cost to make, will hurt gaming studios far more than higher cost hardware. Current gen has made billions for the gaming industry.
@PaulTassi Trying to single out a group of people within Bungie to rail against is stupid. The studio was bloated and unable to produce good enough content to keep a sustaining playerbase. Sony is trying to trim the fat to make a leaner studio that can make money.
