In 1986 MIT filmed 20 lectures for a room of Hewlett-Packard engineers. Gerald Sussman walked in wearing a wizard hat. The course rewired how a generation thought about code.
The engineers were not students. They were working professionals sent by their employer to learn a language most of them would never use at work.
Abelson opened by telling them computer science is not a science and is not about computers. He said it was about controlling complexity in systems too large to hold in one head.
They never taught a job skill. They taught abstraction, recursion, and how to build a language when the language you have runs out.
The tapes sat in an MIT archive for years. Then they went online and never left.
People who watched them in 1986 built the tools people used in 2006. People who watch them now say the same thing about the code they write.
Two men, a chalkboard, and a wizard hat, teaching engineers who already had jobs.
Richard Feynman took live questions from a random Auckland audience in 1979 and answered the ones physicists still argue about in 2026. The camera kept rolling. Almost nobody watches it.
This is the final lecture of the series, the one where the script ends. A Nobel laureate standing at a microphone, fielding whatever the room throws at him about the deepest open problems in physics.
He won the 1965 Nobel Prize for the theory behind every answer he gives here. This is him off-book, no prepared blackboard, thinking out loud in front of ordinary people.
Watch how he handles the questions he can't answer. He says so, flat out, then explains exactly where knowledge stops and guessing begins. No hedging. No performance.
A quant researcher I know rewatched it twice and sent 1 timestamp to his entire team with the message: this is how you say I don't know.
47 years on YouTube. Fewer views than a mousepad review.
Admitting ignorance was his edge. It still works.
Burning down Christian Villages in Syria for what ?
Why can't people see people for being a person?
Instead of targeting their religion because they disagree with it ?

6/26/26 A MONK SHOT IN COLD BLOOD
Outside the ancient walls of the Monastery of the Archangel Gabriel Abu Khashabav in Egypt’s Fayoum Governorate,
armed thugs opened fire on a Coptic monk , Fr. Yostos al-Naqlouni was riding in a pickup with the monastery’s steward, Fr. Azer al-Naqlouni, when two private security guards confronted them on land the monks have cultivated for decades.
One raised his shotgun and pulled the trigger. Pellets ripped into Fr. Yostos’s leg. He survived only by the grace of God.The monks themselves seized the gunmen and held them until police arrived.
The two suspects guards assigned to the disputed land were arrested and referred to prosecution.
Then the real outrage began. Instead of protection, the victims faced intimidation.
According to multiple accounts from the monastic community, monks were detained for days, deprived of sleep, and pressured even coerced into dropping their complaint and signing a “reconciliation” agreement over the very land where one of their brothers had just been shot.
This is not an isolated tragedy.
It is a pattern of systematic harassment.
In April 2026, the same monastery watched Egyptian authorities demolish 41 acres of farmland the monks had developed over twenty years injuring another monk in the process.
Now bullets fly, followed by bureaucratic coercion to silence the victims and surrender their rights.Egypt’s Coptic Christians one of the oldest Christian communities on Earth are being slowly strangled by land grabs, violence, and official indifference.
When monasteries that have stood for centuries dare to farm land they’ve stewarded for generations, the state response is too often demolition crews, armed guards, and pressure on the victims to shut up and accept it.
Official narratives speak of “private disputes” and “outside the walls.” The monks live the reality: fear, delayed justice, and the clear message that demanding protection will only bring more hardship.
This is how persecution works in the 21st century not always with mass massacres, but with shotgun blasts, bulldozers, sleep deprivation, and forced “reconciliation” that rewards the aggressor and punishes the victim.
The monks of Abu Khashaba have responded with the same ancient dignity that has carried their community through 14 centuries of trials. They love Egypt.
They want nothing more than to pray, labor, and live in peace on land they have watered with sweat and prayer.
But they will not accept bullets and forced silence as the price.
We demand a transparent, aggressive investigation not only into the shooting, but into the blatant intimidation and coercion that followed.
No more whitewashing.
No more selective justice.
The persecution of Coptic Christians in Egypt is not ancient history.
It is happening now with gunfire, bulldozers, and bureaucratic knives in the dark.
When a government fails to protect its most ancient citizens with equal force and equal dignity, it does not stay neutral. It becomes complicit.
Demand real justice. For an Egypt where every citizen Coptic, Christian convert, and all is truly equal under the law.
Not just in speeches. In practice.

Equal rights or no peace.
MIT put its full multivariable calculus course online in 2007 and charged nobody a dollar for it.
Lecture 34 is the final review. A professor in an orange sweater writes Unit 1 on a chalkboard and starts working through the whole semester.
The camera never moves much. No editing, no music, no production budget visible anywhere.
MIT OpenCourseWare launched in 2001 with 50 courses. The plan was to publish materials from every course the university taught.
Faculty were told they would get no royalties and no extra pay. Most agreed anyway.
The catalog passed 2,400 courses. Downloads run past 300,000,000 and the site draws millions of visitors a year from countries with no equivalent institution.
Universities charging 60,000 dollars a year watched a peer give the lectures away and kept charging.
The thing people pay for was never the lecture.
Is humanity even human anymore?
Mankind has slaughtered its own kindness in cold blood.
I want to smash through this screen, pull grieving sister into my arms, and wipe away every tear streaming down her face as she collapses over those blood stained coffins.
Her sobs rip my soul apart because these are OUR brothers and sisters in Christ being hunted, hacked down, and massacred for daring to follow Jesus.
Nigeria’s government looks the world in the eye and lies while the graves multiply. This is not “conflict.” This is targeted genocide against Christians, and the silence of the world is complicity.

This is Deborah Samuel
Hundreds of Muslim men dragged her from her room, stoned her and set her on fire because they accused her of criticising Islam
They recorded the murder and laughed as they killed her
Western journalists mostly ignored the story because she was a Christian
Don't look away 🚨
Do y'all see our sister in Christ 😭
She had to flee and run while her family was being massacred as she was protecting her belly !
Her family was being killed as she was holding her stomach and running for safety
Now her baby is here and her family is gone 💔 deceased for their faith in Jesus Christ.
I cannot imagine
Lord please be with our sister and be her strength hold her head high in such trying times
Prayers for our brothers and sisters in Nigeria being persecuted and genocidically cleansed for their faith in Jesus 🇳🇬🩸.

Can you imagine coming home and finding your entire family deceased.
Died for their faith in Jesus and not bowing down to Allah
Death for the same faith they taught you .
Daddy Daddy Daddy 🥺💔💔
This poor girl, our sister in Christ came home to find out her dad Mom and siblings deceased 🇳🇬
If the Quran doesn't call for genocide or the persecution of non believers,
then why aren't more people of the Islamic faith condemning the Christian persecution and genocide across the Middle East and Africa?
Since Islam claims to be the religion of peace, why aren't more of that faith calling out the Christian persecution and genocide if that's not what their Quran says?
Our hearts break for every innocent life being taken in Nigeria.
Prayers for all of our brothers and sisters in Nigeria ✝️🇳🇬🙏💔
Dear brothers and sisters in Christ
please support our church building and the little children in Sunday school We are in need of doors lights, fans, basic supplies for the children Your prayers and support will help us continue the work of the Lord and teach the Gospel ✝️📖⛪️
Is India systematically hunting Christians with these so-called “anti-conversion” laws?
In Chhattisgarh they now force you to publicly announce your intention to convert to Christianity 60 days in advance and register it with the government.
That’s not “protection.”
That’s putting a giant target on every believer’s back and handing the bullseye to the mobs. Why the hell should simply wanting religious freedom and equal treatment turn you into a marked man?
This was never about stopping “force” or “fraud.”
It’s a deliberate weapon designed to make converting to Christ as public, humiliating, and dangerous as possible while conversion (or “re-conversion”) to Hinduism sails through with a free pass and a smile.
This is state-sponsored intimidation dressed up as law.
This is religious apartheid with paperwork.Pray hard for our brothers and sisters in India.
They are under open fire. Religious freedom is either for everyone or it’s a lie.

Violent leftist attacks street preacher for preaching the truth about LGBT.
The radical left are ready to commit assault, even murder, to stop the truth from being spoken.
Evil is driving them. We are not afraid.
Listen👂🏻
To the heartbreaking cries of the mother of Silvana Atef.
A 17 year autistic Coptic girl w/the mentality of a child who was kidnapped converted and married against her will into Islam.
She is so worried for herself and family💔 Egypt does NOTHING to protect Christians.
As a parent
As a parent to a daughter
As a Christian parent
As a parent to a special needs child
This should break your heart the way it does mine 💔
Why is the United Nations ignoring this family?
Why is the United Nations silent on the mistreatment of Christians in Egypt?
Why is the United Nations silent on the persecution and genocide of Christians across the Middle East and Africa in general ??
Speak on them🗣️🗣️
or else
take United out of The United Nations.

Egypt's blasphemy laws are silencing Christians, converts, and religious minorities online through vague, broadly enforced statutes.
Under Article 98(f) of the Penal Code, anyone using religionby speech, writing, or any methodto promote "extremist thoughts" aimed at inciting sedition, division, contempt for heavenly religions (Islam, Christianity, Judaism), or harming national unity faces 6 months to 5 years in prison or fines of 500–1,000 EGP.
Egypt's Cybercrime Law No. 175/2018, Article 25, adds further restrictions by criminalizing online content that "infringes family principles or values of Egyptian society" or invades privacy, with penalties of at least 6 months imprisonment plus fines of 50,000–100,000 EGP.

The heartbreaking reality facing our Coptic Christian brothers and sisters in Egypt ✝️
A truth some continue to deny or justify. 💔
The cat is out of the bag.
There is no going back or denying it.
I pray the Lord raises up and avenges his children
Our brothers and sisters are suffering in silence because Egypt oppressee their voice and persecution through the media
