@alishoalan I would support a diagnosis of subacute to chronic DVT, although I lean more toward subacute DVT.

Consistent with chronic DVT:
Heterogeneous and echogenic thrombus
Irregular thrombus margin
Complete non-compressibility

Features favoring acute DVT:
Vein dilatation

3- monophasic flow with high PSV and high EDV and spectral bruit maybe noted
