not so long ago in my teenage years I would go for walks around town, visit all of the nice places in my town, and be home before sun down, all while enjoying my life and time with friends. I just can't find the people to do it with any more. This activity was good for my brain.

@sup3rsun @depressionnote Agreed, sometimes it's not about anger though, for me it was confusion, and through all of the changes that I have made, from the beginning of my recovery it was about how I was confused. 7 years later I'm confused if I will be the same if I don't take medicine. Side effects man.
