Dear @AltraRunning - I have run in Altras from the early days of the company. It would seem the the original foot shape is no longer for the road. None found on the website. Only trail & Hiking. Altra sponsored many masters racing & coaching teams in the early days…

Dear @AltraRunning what has happened to the flats with the original foot shape such as the Altra One? Seems all that is left are plush and slim. I have put a lot of miles in several pairs of Altra Ones and Kayenta but no more. Those were the best.

Just finished importing my research database into @zotero . So many features work better for me than the current EndNote tool. No more downloading RIS files & PDFs as Zotero does it all, Integrations with tools such as @LiquidTextCorp & more.

As dependency grows and more cannot exist without Internet access, more diversity may be needed in CDN services. Some method of multi-layer backups of some sort to redirect traffic when such issues do arise within the Internet grid.

Another day where issues from Cloudflare disrupts access to Internet services around the world. While they may work to create better infrastructure and Multi-Colo PoP (MCP) there will always be issues when one organization controls so much access.

Of course, all the sites that were not accessible were still running, but Cloudflare’s net infrastructure issues did not allow people to access. It is a lot of power for a single entity. Cloudflare does work hard to pick apart such issues with itself.
