@andrewluke @Translink_NI it wasn’t about the bus being bunged . It was about it running much later than it was timetabled . It shouldn’t take 30+ mins to load 40 people on a bus who all already have tickets on an app!

@Translink_NI got the bus from Dublin to belfast 2.45pm all was going well until it landed to Dublin airport approx about 3475385 wanted to board all of one bus. It took 30 mins for them to board this simply isn’t good enough! Also same on enterprise on way down missed connect

@Translink_NI if translink know they are so popular perhaps provide a better service and try not to lie to people about when the bus will arrive ! I’m not wasting more of my day filling in a form maybe you can pass it on !

@Translink_NI we got on the bus at the depot and bought the ticket on the bus so yes obviously we got on the bus at 2.45 in dublin bus depot only to then stop to load a bus for 30 bloody minutes actually ridiculous!!!
