A massive problem with how the approach things is the disregard for what they call ‘paper hands’ or ‘non-believers’.

Simply not true, people have genuine concerns about an eco they believed in and gave so much time to.

Instead of reassuring these users and reigniting their belief, they act like petulant children.

Disappointed.
