@DepotGenius Apple doesn’t seem interested in “Transformational” anymore. “Transactional” is where it ended up after hiring Managers from BB, SB, and any wireless carrier. You could see this after they created the TS and TE positions.
@LindaLominger Why would they give you a commission when they have you doing this for free?
Managers are only looking out for their bonuses when they “force” all these so called priorities on staff.
@davidaburke@GeniBarGem Ohhh…. This is so NOT the truth! You’ll end up doing 3x the work, miss your breaks and they will ask you to shorten your lunch hour. Also, forget about this effort being remembered during your next review.

I have absolutely no problem with a customer waiting 5 hours only to be to inform them they bought a fake/counterfeit Product®.
@Creative_Rants The first version of the Credo stating "our people" meant the employees. That was the short and sweet mission statement.
The second version, created by committee, absolutely meant anyone else who wasn't an employee. This was and still is an insult to the original "our people"
@MobsSteeve These positions seem to become available ONLY when Management is trying distract staff from the true lack of growth in store. Never work for free or experience…. neither one pays your bills!
