@RetireonDividen Neither. Since your rate is low, I would put the additional cash in a brokerage account to gain value, then pay off the mortgage in a lump sum once you have enough in your account to cover. You will likely get a much better return than 2.875% in the brokerage account
@FilmUpdates So apparently people only see movies based on hype, and then are disappointed when it doesn’t live up to their expectations. The reason this movie is good, is because it isn’t meant to please the masses. It’s unique throwback horror that we need more of.
@BMaz1 I think it’s unlikely we keep Byram super long term unless someone else in the top 4 is moved. I believe he wants to be a #1 guy and run the PP. You can get ahead of that by moving him now to get a core piece back. There is probably a reason he hasn’t signed longer term by now.
@mikevwvo@Matt_Bove Okay and McLeod was nice. So three good moves in 5 years (credit due there). But largely he failed and waited way too long to make moves. He even admitted that.
@mikevwvo@Matt_Bove There is a reason why he was fired. The team under his watch was the worst in franchise history. He failed miserably, sat on his hands and destroyed the teams reputation. Adams deserves no credit for the draft. Byram and Doan were good. Eichel and reinhart trades were awful.
@mikevwvo@Matt_Bove KA is the reason why we are on no trade lists. He ruined the franchise reputation. Drafting high and a strong scouting staff are the main reasons why we are in this position. I guess you could call it a byproduct of sucking which KA is responsible for. Doan was his best move
@buffaslugs Entirely depends on the moves they make. We could lose Tuch, malenstein. Two constants in the line up. As much as we like Ostlund and helenius, we don’t know how they will produce as full timers yet.
