@cardiffcouncil The reason there is congestion in Cardiff is due to CCC decisions to reduce road space and change traffic signals. Closing St Mary’s Street, Westgate street and reducing the roads in the city centre down to one lane with cycle paths rarely used. What do you expect. Congestion.
