@BaluGorade Hospitals and diagnostics…..
Keeping in view the present life style, working culture which is very competitive and stressful and eating habits, number of people who will require medical consultation is going to increase exponentially.
@BaluGorade Reading the book ‘ what I learned about investing from Darwin’. In Jan to June 26, Nalanda has bought 7.5% of Indiamart ,whose last 10 years avg ROCE is 45 % which qualifies the first and important filter as per their Investment philosophy mentioned in the book. Next multibag..!
@BaluGorade SBI Focused fund as the same has given the xirr of 14% in my SIP for the last 8 years. Hope Lindy effect will play in the next 10 to 15 years.
@BaluGorade Invested 5000/- in HDFC large and midcap fund (present name) in 2002 and is worth 4.01 lakh today@ xirr 20%. One day gain is almost equal o total investment. This is the Power of compounding .

@gurjota Please don’t misguide with selective stock analysis of PPFAS portfolio. See their long term performance (minimum 5 years horizon as they always advise) which is 15% and my sip xirr for the last 8 years is 16.38% which pretty good.
@unseenvalue You are doing a great work for the investors. Learned a lot from your book, your discussions on spaces along with Mr Aditya Khemka,presentations on Substack and listening to concalls .Having a substantial exposure to Pharma and hospitals with some stocks already 3x. Thanks 🙏
@gurjota Please show when have PPFAS promised to the investors that they will always be the best performer in all categories. I am investing in PPFAS flexi cap for the last 8 years plus thro SIP, my xirr is 16.34% inspite of lower returns in the last 1 or 2 years, which is great.

@gurjota I fully agree. In addition I have observed that quality of work executed by the professionals is very poor.I had a very bad experience in fixing of Split AC. After fixing AC, water was not draining outside.Had to call the professional from local market to refix.
Piramal pharma up by 15% and that too with huge volume. Results were ok. So what is the news if any body can share as there is a saying that market acts a head of the news.
@gurjota No body can predict what is going to happen in future.Any guidance is assessment only based on past data. Retirement planning has to be a long term and data shared by you shows that for a period more than 5 years,returns are between 10 to 12 % which is inline with guidance.
@BaluGorade I think he is contradicting himself. The idea of maximum returns from max uncertainty he admits that he got from a book on investing. Reading definitely helps to streamline thought process to tackle various issues and take decisions.
