@manypets_uk how can you promote yourself as an award winning pet insurer! never made a claim in 8 years ! last year you provided an incorrect policy which you said sorted and compensated, took weeks omg ! again renewal due policies are wrong old and new !!! Can't get sorted

@BobEarnshaw hi having been to view today a bailey adamo I came home and watched your review. The cab curtains are my big issue.....if cab blinds eg remis cannot be fitted, as upon looking ford doesn't seem to feature, what would you recommend .

@qatarairways nearly a week and still my flight voucher hasn't been replaced, 2 phone calls and IM. I took vouchers to be supportive! I want to book my flights you promised 24/48hrs ....#bad service

@hotelsdotcom booking made rewards not given phone call a waste of time. Why can you not credit what I am owed . I was logged in on my account, if I wasn't then I would have had to populate all my details etc call centre no help at all , really bad ......

@MandSBank so having issues with call centre , poor service, had fraud incident on my card managing to sort that. you have issued a new card however a refund from a cancelled tui holiday is being refunded to the old account what will happen?

Owner of Glebe Farm at Mark in Somerset has a fruit and veg stall, at weekends , outside his farm 2 of us were cycling past, clearly couldnt shop as on bikes but he gave us a banana each to keep us going.   We had never met the man before!!
