How are you supposed to run a business when a phone isn’t working you call the company @bt_uk business cloud don’t even answer to sort it out , even a robot said that’s not our department 🤷‍♂️ after 30 minutes waiting on that to answer 🤬

@bt_uk Yeah spoke to someone on the phone yesterday and they said they will call me at 10am today but I’m going to have to leave soon, I’ve never known anything like this leaving a business without a phone for 2 weeks, I’m having to get customers to get in

@bt_uk Hello I’ve gone through this again and it’s still saying it can’t find our cloud line is there not a human I can speak to like on a phone as it keeps sending me round in circles.

@bt_uk Hello are landline is still not working and its been nearly 2 weeks, I can’t get in touch with anyone about how to solve it, I have 2 companies calling me saying they are from BT business north trying to get me to change and I’m not sure if it’s a scam as no one is responding
