18.5 hours and @TheRAC_UK have finally arranged a taxi to drive me home from Membury services after a huge argument on the phone. They told me that the second leg of recovery will be between 8am - 1pm. So potentially taking my wait to 28 hours. They thought this was acceptable 😳

Have been waiting for the @TheRAC_UK for nearly 7 hours, all I have been told is "We’re trying to get to you" with the last update saying I was being handed to the "Priority team", that was 1.5 hours ago. Have been on hold for over half an hour. A truly awful customer experience.
