A lot of companies complain about downtime, unresolved tickets, frustrated users, and overstretched IT teams.

A friend in my network has experience across IT Support, Technical Support, Help Desk, Desktop Support, Network Support, and System Administration.

He has worked on troubleshooting hardware and software issues, networking, system maintenance, Cisco Packet Tracer, and end-user support.
